Services
Initial Nutrition Consultation
The specialist will ask you a series of questions about your medical history, current diet, and lifestyle. Together, you will identify any roadblocks you may be experiencing, discuss solution options, and set your goals.\
Follow Up
Any challenges you encounter can be discussed. Goals will be reviewed and adjusted as needed.
Food Logging
Food logging gives you a snapshot of all the food you eat each day to provide a clear record/journal you can review at your next session. This can be used to help determine what is working (and not working) for you.
Accountability
Accountability works in the same way as food logging but, additionally, you receive prompt feedback about the meal so that you can make necessary adjustments before the next session.
Body Composition Analysis
See the breakdown of your body composition: muscle mass, body fat mass, body fat %, visceral fat rating, and BMI, and receive an interpretation of these results as well as general recommendations for these.
